Last week HR sent around this notice that all printer issues should behandled by our IS guys (like they don't have enough to do already) rather than by "non-qualified" personnel...

You know? There are times when it just feels so good to be in charge. Especially when you get to tell some asshole customer that his accounts were terminated because they were in violation of the Terms of Service...
I'd post the masterpiece I just typed up here but that would kill the whole annonymity thing... not to mention, if the guy actually surfs the web, he might find my response here and use it as a way to flame me. Or he'd forward this site to my bosses and that just wouldn't be good....
