I SPOKE TO ONE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS SERVICE AGENTS WHEN EVER IT HAPPENS LIKET THIS AND SHE PROMISED THAT IT WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN BUT WHAT IS HAPPENING NOW. I CANNOT ACCESS MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE YOUR SYSTERM SAYS THERE WAS NO CREDIT ON MY ACCOUNT AND I THOUGHT I PAID FOR ONE YEAR BUT IT IS NOT UP TO THREE MONTHS
